Bursting Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 x cup of hazelnut milk (or filtered water)
  • ½ x banana (or frozen bananas)
  • 1 x cup of blueberries (or frozen blueberries)
  • 2 x handfuls of spinach
  • 2 x scoops of protein powder
  • 1 x tbsp of hazelnut butter
  • ¼ x tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 x scoop of collagen powder (optional)
  • 1 x scoop of acai powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a smoothie blender.
  2. Place the lid on the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy right away.

Strawberry Surprise Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ x glass of filtered water
  • ½ x cup of coconut kefir
  • ½ x banana (or frozen bananas)
  • 1 x cup of strawberries (or frozen strawberries)
  • 1 x courgette
  • 2 x scoops of protein powder (20 grams) or vanilla protein powder
  • ⅕ x vanilla pod
  • 1 x tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 x scoop of collagen powder (optional)
  • 2 x tbsp of flaxseeds (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender or nutribullet.
  2. Place the lid on the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy right away.
