WORK WITH THE AUTOIMMUNITY NUTRITIONIST

If you are have been suffering with pain, low mood, a decrease in energy or generally not feeling right and you are not sure what steps you should take to improve your health – then one to one nutritional therapy consultations might be the right approach for you.

The clinic offers therapies using core specialisms and principles:

Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine
Science-based Evidence in Immunology and Biochemistry
Functional Medicine Approach to Address the Root Cause of Symptoms

HOW IT WORKS

The clinic offers a free 20 minute health discovery call to start the process.

From there, you will complete a comprehensive health assessment and then have a 50 minute consultation at the clinic, either face to face consultation (see details below) or through a video conferencing call. You will then be provided with a health optimisation plan.

The comprehensive health assessment seeks to find the root cause of your issues and symptoms which comprises a health questionnaire, food diary review, simple testing and if needed, functional and diagnostic testing, such as food intolerance testing, nutrient deficiencies and stool testing.

Once potential underlying causes are identified, nutrition and lifestyle changes are suggested that will help address these root causes, rather than just suppressing symptoms momentarily.
